The Best Gingerbread Cake

If you love gingerbread and a cake, this combination you will love. The recipe comes from the grandmother of our founder Marta Šlosarčíková.

Ingredients (two forms, top: 25 cm)

360 g of powdered sugar

360 g flour 

6 eggs

1 baking powder

1 dcl oil

1 dcl melted butter

2 dcl of lukewarm water

25 g gingerbread spices

dried fruit according to taste
